AION 2 Founders Pack

Can you still buy a Founder’s Pack?

NC’s October 1 announcement set the final sale deadline at October 5, 2026, 08:00 PDT / 17:00 CEST. Checked October 10: Steam marks the Founder’s Pack unlisted at the publisher’s request. The surviving item description is not evidence that a new purchase or upgrade is available.

The published US launch prices were Standard $24.99, Deluxe $49.99 and Ultimate $99.99. These are historical USD reference prices, not live offers or prices for every country. The five-day Advanced Access benefit has ended; the base game launched free to play on October 5. Existing-owner cosmetic claims are separate from buying a pack.

Missing Founder items? Check these four things

The October 6/7 patch introduced the free dedicated Founder shop. Use the checks below for existing owners; this is a guide to published rules, not a tested client workaround.

• Confirm the platform account and pack tier on your purchase receipt. Standard covers the title; Deluxe adds Ascended Daeva and Eternal Sun; Ultimate adds Moonlit Aria, Black Dragon and Blazing Sun.
• Open the dedicated Founder shop on the character and server you intend to use. Eligible cosmetics not already owned can be claimed free according to your purchased tier; already-owned items are not available for purchase again.
• Check the reward type: the 30-day membership, Campaign Supply Chest, Styling Chest and their contents are excluded from repeatable cosmetic claims. Use the separate membership checks below for missing membership.
• If eligible items are absent, collect your receipt, platform, server, character, missing item names and a screenshot for official support. NC advises restarting the client when a pack purchase cannot complete; it does not establish that restarting fixes missing shop tabs. Do not buy twice or relink accounts as a workaround.

Upgrade, refund or transfer: check before acting

NC’s October 3 notice described upgrades on PURPLE and a support-request route for refunding a lower Steam tier after purchasing a higher tier on the same account. It promised a follow-up process. Neither that notice nor the October 6/7 patch confirms post-deadline upgrade availability or an automatic refund. Ask official support to confirm your account’s eligibility before paying again.

Before a server transfer, claim Shop Storage items, including pack items, and mailbox items; unclaimed items block the request. Move items and Kina out of Server Storage into the transferring character’s inventory or Character Storage. Membership, pets and skins move to the destination and are removed from the origin server; consider characters left behind. The transfer rules are in the latest-updates guide.

Compare all listed benefits

Read across a row to see the lowest tier containing that benefit. Higher tiers include the lower tiers; buying Ultimate does not mean three separate memberships. These are the global official product listings checked on 6 September 2026, not a price or value ranking.

The three currently listed packs

Standard lists 5-Day Advanced Access, a bound Daeva’s Campaign Supply Chest, the Vanguard of Atreia title, and a 30-day membership. Deluxe includes Standard plus a bound Ascended Daeva skin set and an Eternal Sun weapon-skin chest.

Ultimate includes Deluxe, then adds a bound Daeva’s Styling Chest, the Moonlit Aria skin set, a Black Dragon pet, and Blazing Sun Wings. The official tier descriptions use an inclusion order rather than presenting three unrelated bundles.

Membership missing? Separate purchase, receipt and activation

NC’s official membership announcement adds 30 days of membership to past and future Founder’s Pack purchases. The global launch FAQ describes membership as optional; the game itself is free to play.

First confirm the purchased tier and account on the receipt. Next check whether its benefits were delivered to the same account you play, then check the membership status shown by your client. A purchase receipt alone does not show whether a delivered benefit has been activated.

If the entitlement is absent or the status is unclear, use official support with the receipt and platform details. We have not verified the current activation button, start-of-duration rule or a universal delivery deadline in the global client. Do not buy another pack or change account links as a troubleshooting shortcut.

Founder cosmetics: free dedicated shop after the October 6/7 update

The October 6 PDT / October 7 CEST patch notes add a dedicated free Founder’s Pack shop for every character on every server. Eligible items you do not already own can be obtained according to your pack tier. NC’s maintenance notice now says servers are back online; this replaces the earlier pending-rollout advice. These are publisher instructions, not a client-tested walkthrough.

The shop remains available until NC issues a closure notice. Already-owned items cannot be purchased again. If a Founder’s Pack purchase cannot complete, the patch notes advise closing the client and trying again.

The 30-day membership, Daeva’s Campaign Supply Chest, Daeva’s Styling Chest and their contents are excluded. These remain one-time rewards under their current rules.

The October 3 notice described PURPLE upgrades and Steam support requests for lower-tier refunds after a higher-tier purchase on the same account. It promised a follow-up process. This historical notice does not establish current upgrade availability after the sale deadline or an automatic refund; confirm eligibility with official support before paying again.
