What to look for
- Use official announcements for facts and community channels for discussion.
- When asking for help, include your region, client version and the exact error.
- Never share passwords, login codes or account-recovery information in chat.
Join through the official route
The project provides an official Discord destination for community access. Open it from this page or from the official AION 2 site, then confirm the server identity before accepting rules, roles, or links shared in chat.
Discord invitations can expire or change. A current official announcement is safer than a copied invite embedded in an old video description, comment, or unrelated fan page.
Use discussion as discussion
Community conversations are useful for asking questions, finding groups, and comparing personal experiences. They should not replace a dated official notice for access dates, purchases, platform availability, or feature rules.
When a Discord claim would change a decision, verify it against the official site, Steam listing, Guidebook, or an NC announcement that names the service and date.

AION 2 Twitch Drops Not Received — Steam Account Checks
For global AION 2, check that Twitch is connected to the account you actually play: Steam for Steam players, NC (PURPLE) for PURPLE players. Claim earned rewards manually in Twitch Inventory. The announced claim deadline is October 30 at 23:59 PDT / October 31 at 07:59 CET. If rewards are missing, do not add a separate NC account link; check the official support guidance first.
