Official update context

NC’s March class-overhaul update names Fracturing Rush as a new Stigma skill for Gladiator. The announcement does not publish a class tier ranking or a full skill guide.

Gladiator, Templar or Brawler?

Start with the combat role, not a damage ranking. Gladiator’s official identity is greatsword-led melee; Templar emphasizes protecting allies, while Brawler fights with Gauntlets and combo charges.

Gladiator: greatsword melee

Watch the skill showcase above for weapon reach, movement between attacks and swings through groups. A highlight demonstrates animations, not a tested rotation or a damage comparison.

Templar: protecting the party →

Compare Templar’s showcase if defending allies is the responsibility you want. Do not assume every front-line class fills the same group role.

Brawler: Gauntlet combinations →

NC’s July update describes attacks building Rage toward Rampage. Compare that resource loop with Gladiator’s greatsword presentation before choosing a melee main.

What the Gladiator update actually confirms

NC’s 25 March update names Fracturing Rush as Gladiator’s new Stigma and increases the maximum Stigma slots to five. It also separates PvE and PvP damage calculations. The announcement does not supply a full Gladiator skill rotation, cooldown table or best-in-slot build.

Before following a build, match its service, patch, equipment and activity to your character. Use the nine-class comparison for role choices and the PvE and PvP selection guide for evaluating ranking claims.

Why Gladiator may suit you

Choose it if…

Choose Gladiator if you want direct, durable melee action and prefer staying in the fight rather than feeling fragile on the front line.

Keep in mind…

The video treats PvP damage discussion as unsettled. Pick this class for its physical, straightforward rhythm—not for an assumed place atop every damage chart.
